At The Diesel Dudes, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
